Are you familiar with Offer vs. Serve (OVS)? Well OVS is how our school lunch program operates! The goal is to reduce food waste while allowing students to choose the foods they want to eat. Students are required to select at least 3 components, including at least ½ cup of fruits and/or veggies. Options to choose from include: milk, protein, fruit, vegetables, and whole or enriched grain items. Click here  for more information!  Also, click on this link for more info.
